Our Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase available.
Important Note on Mahjong Tiles: We cannot accept returns on opened tile sets. Tiles must remain in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at humbleoakco@gmail.com or initiate your return through your account on our website- https://account.thehumbleoakco.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
We always want you to love your purchase. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at humbleoakco@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or Personalized Products: Any special orders or items customized to your specifications.

Opened Tile Sets: For quality and expense reasons, opened tiles cannot be returned.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at humbleoakco@gmail.com.
